Wonderworker Cruises (WWC) offers boat tours along the Coastline of Alonissos Island and surroundings.

By booking a ticket or renting our boat you are accepting our terms and conditions. Knowing what is expected and abiding by these rules is vital in any tour or fishing trip.

The Crew is always in charge. Safety is paramount. Please help us by adhering to these rules and listening to some basic instructions given by the captain.
Terms & Conditions

Customers are required to be available at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the allocated time of departure. Failure to turn up on time may result in the boat leaving and the customer missing the trip. No compensation will be made for such trips missed.

We reserve the right to change routes as well as start and end locations when weather conditions, shallows or other legitimate reasons so require.

The Captain hast he right to return to the port at any time due to any conditions that are deemed unsafe or unsuitable. We will, as far as possible, inform passengers there of in a timely manner.

When booking individual spacesnumber of spaces booked will have to be paid for irrespective if anyone drops out or does not turn upSo please be sure with the spaces that you need before you make a booking as we turn down all other potential customers once the numbers are achieved.

The Crew has the right to refuse anyone entry on the boat due to operational or safety reasons.

Photos taken aboard our boat could be used for advertising purposes and social media purposes.
Liability of Wonderworker Cruises (WWC)

WWC is not liable for any damage to and/or loss of the passenger’s property. The passenger takes all their property on board entirely at their own risk.

WWC is not liable for damages to individuals or passengers’ goods, caused by entering or boarding a jetty or our boat. The passenger enters these areas entirely at their own risk.
Liability Customers

Customers are always required to act in a manner that is safe for themselves and for others on board.

Customers are required to comply with any safety instructions given by the captain. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the trip.

All personal gear brought on board is the responsibility of the customer.

All activities organised by WWC take place entirely at the passengers’ own risk.
General Liability

WWC is not liable for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, prior, during or as a result of the trip.

The exception to this is damage caused by a deliberate act or the gross negligence of WWC.

The statutory damages are limited to the price of the boat rental of the trip in question.

Children fall under the responsibility of the parent(s). On request, a life jacket can be provided.
Should WC not be able to comply with their obligations due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to restitution or compensation.
Health and Safety:
It is your duty to ensure that you are fit enough to cope with the activities of the day. Please advise us when making a booking of any medical conditions,illness or disability that might not be suitable for the trip.
Passengers must follow all instructions of WWC or its employees promptly and without delay. Access to the Boat and jetties may be denied without a reason being provided, should this be deemed necessary by WWC, for example in relation to capacity, safety, public order or the imminent threat of damage or nuisance.
Payments:

In the case of a booking: in agreement with our offer, we will send you a confirmation of the booking.

The client may cancel the order in writing only.

The balance of all costs must be paid prior to departure on the day of the trip or if it is convenient you could transfer the whole amount into a bank account at-least 3 working days prior to the trip.
Cancellations:

Please choose your date carefully before you make a booking. Please note that once you are booked in, all other potential customers are turned down and if cancelled by you for what ever reason puts our booking system out of place.
Valid reasons for annulment of the contract are weather conditions hindering or making the cruise impossible. The Captain determines in the first instance whether such conditions apply.
In case of misconduct, whether or not caused by alcohol consumption, the skipper has the right to pause or immediately terminate the trip. No refunds will be made. -
Trips cancelled by the operator due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances like machinery failure etc will be fully refunded
Change of dates may be accommodated if notified at least 5 days prior to the trip and if those dates are available and at the discretion of the operator. -
Customers must be flexible to accept a date that is available which will be offered to them giving them at least 5 days notice

We will endeavour to give you a date of your choice but that might not always be possible. If the Customer fails to accept the given dates on more than 2 occasions the operator can cancel the booking and refund the payment minus a 5 euro admin fee which will be retained. Any credit card fee paid at the time of making the booking cannot be refunded.

Trips cancelled by customers less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the trip would incur full payment of the trip for which it was booked Outstanding balances will have to be paid in full.

Failure to turn up “No Show” for a scheduled trip will incur any outstanding payments for the trip and you will not be rescheduled for another date.
Individual bookings will be accepted but does not guarantee that the trip will go out on the scheduled date if the minimum numbers are not achieved to make the trip viable.
